Air Cooled Screw Chiller Units are widely used in various types of passenger ships, cargo ships, offshore operations ship and marine oil platform places etc. All units are produced at an ISO 9001 registered facility and rated in accordance with ARI Standard 550/ 590 at ARI conditions. The chillers are designed to meet current and future requirements in terms of reliability, energy efficiency and intelligent control. We use the best technologies available today: Twin-rotor screw compressor with a variable capacity valve is ideally matched to evaporator and condenser optimally configured for superior heat transfer and unit efficiency.

Cooling capacity: 150KW~1200KW.
Compressor: Copeland / Danfoss, hermetic scroll compressors,
Refrigerant: R22 or R407C or R134A, etc.
Power supply: 380-415V/3pH/50Hz or 440-480V/3pH/60Hz
Condensing coil material: Copper tube & copper fin/ copper tube & hydrophilic aluminum fin.
Used Schneider /LG electric component, Emerson /Danfoss /Castel, etc parts.
Casing: Galvanized sheet with baked-enamel coating or SS 316L.
