1. Introduction
This series Computer Display Tensile Testing Machine designed of PC display and manual drive hydraulic loading system, main engine controller separately fixed. It has the characteristics of operation amenity, working steady, high accuracy and loading steady. It is used to stretch, compress, curve and cut metal cement, concrete, plastics and so on.
2. Function
It is cylinder underneath type with double testing spaces structure. It can do many kinds of test, like tensile, bending, compression, shearing, and so on.
3. Structure
The main engine consist of an adjustable support (base, screw thread pole, moveable crossbeam (lower clamp set)) and a working frame (working oil tank, piston, platform, support crossbeam (upper clamp set)). Element of the machine: High-pressure oil pump supply oil to the working oil tank, the piston moves and press board and upper crossbeam to do stretch and press test. The stretch test is done in the space between upper crossbeam and movable crossbeam. The life motor, gear, chain drive rotate at a same speed to move the crossbeam.

(12) Calibrating: Adjust the hardware like measuring cell by software
(13) Grip device: People can change the common movable jaw to fit the different width when doing the tensile test. Same for bending and compression test device.
