First, the basic requirements

Flotation workers should be proficient in the safety and technical knowledge of this position; wear labor protection products according to the regulations; attend the pre-class meeting on time, accept the production instructions on duty, conduct random inspections, and master the production tasks and requirements on duty.

Second, the job preparation

1. Arrive at the job site 10 minutes in advance, the handover class must be carried out on the post. The successor must check the handover record and hand over the production, safety and equipment. The specific contents are shown in Table 1.

After the inspection is normal, it will be reported to the squad leader and the dispatching room of the factory, and the operation will be carried out according to the instructions of the squad leader.

Third, the operating procedures and operational requirements

1, before starting the request

(1) The operation card must be obtained before starting the machine.

(2) It is forbidden for anyone to stay near the equipment to be activated before starting the machine.

2, boot sequence

Start the dosing device → start the agitation tank → start the rough selection → start the selection → start the sweep.

Note: The calculation of this unit consumption is calculated according to the calculation result of 189 tons of raw ore/hour. If the ball mill is low, the dosage will be reduced proportionally.

4, the requirements in the operation

(1) It needs to cooperate closely with pumping posts, coarse subdivision posts, and workshop dispatching rooms.

(2) When starting the transfer, the slurry should be filled one by one to make the tailings, and the quality of the concentrate at the bottom of the tank is qualified.

(3) Frequently measure the amount of each agent added, and adjust to the required amount, check the drug deposits in each tank to ensure that the liquid level is above the impeller.

(4) Frequently measure the concentration, particle size, ore supply, pulp concentration and pH value of the flotation, make the original record, and make reasonable adjustment according to the requirements of the index.

(5) Control the amount of aeration, the amount of foaming and the amount of returning minerals. The surface of the slurry should not be wiped; the amount of sweeping should be strictly controlled and should not be too large.

(6) The water for each operation should be reduced as much as possible, and the foam can be transported.

(7) The adjustment of the flotation process should start with rough selection. The general principle should be carried out from the back to the front.

5, stop

Downtime sequence:

Normal stop: stop the agitation tank → stop dosing equipment → stop rough selection → stop sweep selection → stop selection.

Accidental downtime:

Sudden power outages should stop the mine and close the water gates. For a longer period of time, steam should be turned off to remove the slurry from the tank.

Suddenly stop the water and continue to transfer until the slurry is processed.

Note on the shutdown process:

(1) The mine must be stopped before stopping.

(2) After the load treatment, the concentrate discharge is closed.

(3) Each medicament valve must be closed.

6, equipment use and maintenance

(1) Check that the screws at each part are complete and tight.

(2) Check the bearing for abnormal noise; ensure that there is enough oil in the reducer; the temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 70 °C, and the temperature of the scraper reducer should not exceed 80 °C.

(3) Check the motor temperature, no more than 60 °C; the grounding wire should be intact.

(4) Always check the wear of the V-belt and replace and tighten the V-belt in time.

(5) Check for abnormal sound in the mixer drum and stir the body to vibrate.

(6) The equipment should be well lubricated and the bearings should be refueled regularly. The rolling bearing is dry once every 3 months, and the reducer changes the mechanical oil every 6 months.

(7) The gate screws of each department should be well lubricated, and the lubricating oil should be wiped once for each class.

(8) Keep the equipment and its surroundings clean and thoroughly clean each shift.

(9) It is found that the mixer swings greatly, it may be that the anchor screws are loose and should be tightened in time; if the swing is still large after tightening, the impeller loses dynamic balance and should be reported in time.

(10) According to the standard checkpoints of the checkpoints, fill in the checkpoint records and find out the problems in time.

7, safe operation requirements

(1) The cuffs should be tight at work, and the long hair of the female workers must be placed in the helmet.

(2) Electrical equipment should be kept dry and clean, and faults should be handled by electricians.

(3) Do not walk or work under the crane.

(4) Do not cross the scraper; if it fails, stop the scraper.

(5) When replacing the belt, first stop flotation machine, to be completely stopped and then be replaced, not adjust the tightness of the belt with a rope or iron wire.

(6) Do not start or stop electrical equipment when the hand is wet.

(7) Do not rest on flotation machines or runners and platforms.

(8) Safety devices such as safety railings must be kept in good condition.

(9) When cleaning the floor, it is strictly forbidden to spray water onto electrical equipment or switchboards.

(10) Adjust the valve, do not use both hands to pull the hook, and confirm the stability when operating. Do not exceed the top of the head when holding the hook to prevent electric shock.
