a  The new generation of Spinning Machine improves the quality of the obtained yarn and the adaptability of its raw material is wide.

1  The design of fiber channel is optimized to achieve better evenness and higher strength for the obtained yarn with less defects; especially when the spinning the non-cotton fiber the friction coefficient of which is big, the fiber transfers smoothly and the quality of the obtained yarn is improved;

2  The new carding and inclusions removing system can adapt to worse raw materials to reduce the production cost.

1  The pneumatic controlled semi-automatic jointing system can automatically lift the bobbin in case of yarn breakage;

2  In the process of jointing, the doffing roller is depressed under the force of cylinder pressure and the yarn cone is put down to ensure the consistency of the jointing operation;

3  The concept of automatic jointing is introduced and the stepper motor is applied to control the feeding, thus the jointing quality is improved;

4  When the preparation work for jointing is done, the specially designed yarn breakage sensor would sense the feeding of yarn and automatically start the jointing. C

1  Max can up to 480 rotors per machine;

2  When the speed of the rotor reaches 105,000 rpm, the servo would drive the traverse yarn guiding and the yarn guiding speed reaches200m/min;

3  The whole machine is driven via variable frequency and both sides transmit independently to reduce the assistant production time;

4  Low operating height and can be equipped with cans up to1200mmhigh.
