As the raw material is limestone calcium carbonate, calcined, digestion, purification of carbon dioxide gas, carbonization, dehydration, drying, screening, and packaging process produced product.

Due to the different production processes, different equipments and different control conditions, the product particle size and crystal form also have great differences, and their performances are also different.

At present, more than 90% of the light calcium carbonate produced in China is fine powder or fine calcium carbonate.

Limestone calcination

Limestone (block of 80 ~ 120mm) and crushed fuel (coke or anthracite, particle size 30 ~ 50 mm) after the measurement, a certain ratio charged liftpot, which was raised to the top of the kiln by The distributor is evenly distributed in the lime kiln, and the air is blown from the bottom of the kiln by the blower to reduce the fuel required for the decomposition of the limestone. The kiln gas leaving the top of the kiln is extracted by the air compressor, purified, washed and driven into the carbonization tower for neutralization reaction, leaving the reaction zone. The quicklime moving down transfers heat to the rising air, allowing the air to warm up. The final lime discharge temperature should be controlled below 60 °C. The quicklime enters the vibrating ash machine under the action of the machine, and the coal slag and ash powder are sieved out. The finished quicklime is sent into the silo by the conveyor.

Lime digestion

The quicklime in the ash silo is quantitatively added to the ashing machine through the feeder, and the ash is used for water (if the manufacturer has hot water, the hot ash is best), the quicklime reacts with water, and the reaction formula is as follows:

The reacted lime milk flows out of the ashing machine, and the slag is separated by a hydrocyclone and a linear vibrating screen. The lime milk is well refined and digested, and is put into the seminal plasma pool for storage.

Kiln gas purification

The kiln gas in the lime kiln is extracted by an air compressor or a Roots blower. The kiln gas is dedusted by a spray tower, the dust is removed by a foam washing tower, impurities dissolved in water are removed, and the organic impurities insoluble in water are washed away by a dry suction tower. The purified kiln gas is pressurized and compressed by an air compressor or a Roots blower, and then driven into a carbonization tower for carbonization reaction.

Carbonization reaction

The refined lime milk is pumped into the carbonization tower by the pump and controls a certain liquid level. The purified carbon dioxide gas is pressed into the carbonization tower by the air compressor or the Roots blower. Under the pressure of the gas, the lime milk and the carbon dioxide gas are The reaction in the tower produces calcium carbonate and water, and the reaction formula is as follows:

The reacted gas is discharged from the top of the carbonization tower, and the carbonized slurry is placed in a thickening tank for dehydration.

Dehydration

The carbonization reaction completes a good slurry. After enrichment, the pump is pumped into the high tank to enter the dewatering machine to remove the water, and the filter cake enters the dryer for drying.

After the filter cake is crushed, it is sent to the disc feeder through the conveyor, and the material is evenly fed into the dryer by the disc feeder for drying.

Screen packaging

The calibrated material coming out of the dryer is smashed and sieved by a conveyor or bucket elevator to an air analyzer or a sieving machine. After the product is qualified, it is packed into the warehouse by metering.
