Second, lack of traffic

Third, lack of head

Reasons: Solution

1, there is air in the conveying medium 1, re-perfusion liquid or emptying gas

Fourth, the shaft end leakage and seal leakage

Reasons: Solution:

1, the shaft end snap ring gap is too large, the ring loose 1, adjust the snap ring screw

2, the suction height is too high, cavitation 2, reduce the installation height

3, mechanical seals, static ring wear, spring pressure 3, the reason for wear and tear materials, adjust the spring

4, mechanical seal, static ring is not good fit 4, adjust the dynamic and static ring


Five, can not hit the liquid

Reasons: Solution:

1, there is air in the suction tube 1, re-perfusion liquid or emptying gas

2, suction tube leak 2, check the suction pipe

3, pipe-type sewage pump perfusion fluid less than 3, re-infusion of liquid

4, there are debris sucking in the pipeline 4, remove clogged debris

5, pipeline sewage pump reverse 5, adjust the steering

6, suction height is too high 6, reduce the installation height
