Precautions when working with cone crusher

(1) The ore must be placed in the middle of the distribution plate of the cone crusher , and the ore is not allowed to be directly fed into the crushing chamber. Because it is easy to overload the crusher, the liner is unevenly worn.

The correct conditions for feeding are:

1 The ore is evenly dispersed in the crushing chamber through the distribution plate.

2 The ore fed should not be higher than the level of the rolled wall.

(2) The maximum ore size of the cone crusher is not allowed to be equal to the size of the mine mouth. (The maximum size of the ore block is ≤ 85% to the size of the mine mouth) otherwise it will lead to:

1 reduction in crusher production.

2 Damage to some parts of the crusher.

(3) The cone crusher is not allowed to start the load, and the load start will cause an accident.

(4) When parking, the mining machine must be stopped first, and the ore that has entered the crushing chamber must be crushed and discharged to stop the crusher.

(5) When working on the cone crusher, the pressure of the locking system and the working condition of the hydraulic station should be checked frequently, and problems should be dealt with in a timely manner.

â‘¡ high-pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheater tubes, reheater tubes, air guide tubes, main steam tubes, etc. for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure boilers
