Ideas still need to change

At present, many people in the country still have doubts about remanufactured products. Since most of the parts they use are used for recycling parts after being processed, the remanufactured machines, refurbished machines, and second-hand mobile phones have been put into use. Confuse it. This is not actually the case.

More than 60% to 75% of the remanufactured products (calculated on a mass basis) are reused or repaired without being repaired. The remanufacturing enterprise has created a new product through its own creative work. The new product is not a used mechanical recycling machine. The simple recovery or copying, however, due to the re-use of some of the components that can be reused, especially some basic parts, remanufactured products and recycled products must have many similarities.

While promoting remanufacturing, remanufacturers must also ensure that they are truly remanufactured products. Most people are puzzled that at the beginning of the implementation of remanufactured products, some companies did not understand deeper technology or had no deep understanding of remanufacturing, and their products did not meet the requirements for remanufactured products, making users remanufactured products. The quality of the existing doubt is greater.

One of the basic requirements of the so-called "re-remanufacturing" is "the performance and quality of remanufactured products are not inferior to those of prototypes." Many people doubt whether this requirement can be achieved. In response, some remanufacturers in the industry have fully recognized its possibility.

Remanufacturing experts also stated that remanufacturing companies should not only consider the benefits of "remanufacturing products are new products, not repair products, and not second-hand products." They should not simply ask users to admit that they are new products, and therefore they are enthusiastic about it. Purchase, aggressive payment; to recognize this awareness is also a constraint on the remanufactured enterprises and responsibilities, product performance and quality to meet or even exceed the new prototype is true remanufacturing. At the same time, we must continue to increase technological research and development efforts. Due to technical limitations, the cost of remanufactured products in China is still high, which is an important factor hindering their sales.

Multi-party cooperation and development

The corporate government and all sectors of society must work together to promote the development of the remanufacturing industry, especially in the formulation of industry standards. At present, although the standards for remanufacturing, including the standards for the remanufacturing of construction machinery, are all being drafted, some national standards and industry standards for remanufactured products of construction machinery are still relatively lacking, and local standards and corporate standards are also very scarce. In this regard, enterprises that intend to invest in the remanufacturing of construction machinery should step up their efforts to draft standards for their own remanufactured products and file them at the provincial standard management unit. They can also pass approval procedures, rise to local standards, industry standards, and even national standards. .
