Mixing an electronic leak detector for leak detection will change the sensitivity of the leak detector and affect the accuracy of the instrument. If the valve is mixed, it may cause damage to the components of both systems.

Fill the compressor with PAG refrigerating machine oil. The filling amount should be near the horizontal center line of the oil tank of the crankcase. The amount of oil injected should not be too much, otherwise it will cause the fuel consumption of the compressor to increase and form an oil film on the inner wall of the pipeline, resulting in the system. Cooling is difficult and prone to occur / oil strike 0 accident. Install the compressor, new condenser, dry filter and connect the pipeline. The operation process is fast. Especially after the dry filter is disassembled, it must be connected to the system as soon as possible. Otherwise, ice plug will occur in the refrigeration system. System air tightness test and leak check, the system's air tightness test is carried out with dry nitrogen, and leak detection is performed simultaneously during the air tightness test. The system is evacuated, and the exhaust valve stem is rotated clockwise to connect the compressor to the bypass hole, loosen and remove the plug of the exhaust stop valve bypass hole. Short the pressure relay and start the compressor. In order to achieve the desired degree of vacuum, the system can be evacuated with a vacuum pump after evacuating the compressor itself.

Fill the R134a refrigerant with low-pressure suction method. In order to prevent moisture in the refrigerant cylinder, install a dry filter on the filling pipe. During the operation, care should be taken to prevent the wet stroke. The amount of charge depends on the suction pressure of the compressor and the frosting of the evaporator, and the operation process is also required to be fast. The system is commissioned and commissioned, and the operating parameters of the system are adjusted to a safe and economical working range, including the test and adjustment of the pressure relay and the debugging of the expansion valve.
