Although the specific details are still being discussed, the benefits of cooperation are obvious to both partners: For Chinese partners, when China starts implementing National IV emissions from July 1, 2013, and the future will be more stringent. The new plant being built by Shanxi Auto Wanfang will serve as the headquarters of the joint venture company. In addition to production, the joint venture company's business will also include sales, after-sales service and system integration. Eberspächer will be responsible for the research and development of joint venture products.
