Machine maintenance

Regularly check the screws on the jaws and tighten them if they are loose.

The sliding surface of the steel plate in contact with the lining plate and the dovetail groove surface of the lining plate shall be kept clean and regularly coated with a thin layer of MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) grease;

Check the transmission of the sprocket regularly. If it is loose, re-tension the tensioner.

Oil source maintenance

Regularly check whether there is any oil leakage at the main engine and the oil source. If there is any oil leakage, replace the sealing ring or combination pad in time;

According to the use of the machine and the life of the oil, periodically change the suction filter and filter element and replace the hydraulic oil.

When not testing for a long time, be careful to turn off the power of the main unit. If the machine is in standby mode, the transfer switch should be in the “loading” position, because if the transfer switch is in the “rewind” position, the electromagnetic reversing valve is always energized, which will affect the service life of the device.

Control system maintenance

1. Regularly check whether the connecting line of the rear panel of the controller is in good contact. If it is loose, it should be tightened in time;

2. If there is a long time without the machine after the test, turn off the controller and the computer;

Third, the interfaces on the controller are one-to-one correspondence, and the wrong interface may cause damage to the device;

4. The interface on the plug-in controller must be powered off.

5. According to the use of the machine and the service life of the oil, periodically change the suction filter and filter element, replace the hydraulic oil, and regularly check whether there is oil leakage at the main engine and the oil source. If there is any oil leakage, replace the seal ring in time. Or a combination pad.  

Precautions

1. When the tensile testing machine is loaded, the pointer vibrates or stops when it stops.

1. Clutch gear wear: need to be repaired or replaced.

2. The friction washer or spring wear of the friction disc: the leather washer or spring needs to be replaced.

3, the joystick shift: adjust the joystick to make it fit with the socket.

Second, the pointer does not return to zero when the pendulum is replaced

1. The tensile tester is not installed horizontally: adjust the test machine with a level.

2, the pendulum is not vertical: only hang A ç £. Adjust the balance so that it is vertical.

Third, the tensile test machine pendulum return position is too fast or too slow

1. The buffer valve position is not properly placed: adjust the buffer valve to the appropriate position.

2. The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too low or too high: when the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too low, the pendulum will fall back quickly, and when the viscosity is high, it will fall back slowly. The hydraulic oil of the appropriate viscosity should be replaced.

3. The inside of the buffer valve, the oil pipe or the hydraulic oil is dirty: cleaning the buffer valve and the oil pipe. Replace the hydraulic fluid.

Fourth, the tensile test machine pointer back to zero lag or instability

1. The pointer bearing and the spindle bearing are corroded or oily: clean or replace the bearing.

2. The deformation of the rack bar or the gear rod does not mesh with the gear: straighten the rack rod or clean, trim gear, slot wheel and other transmission components.

3. There is dirt in the buffer valve: cleaning the buffer valve.

V. The positive deviation of the tensile test machine

1. The short arm blade is loose: the blade is tight.

2, the pendulum is light: give the weight of the sputum (to balance the weight of A, B, C )).

Sixth, the main reason for the negative deviation of the indication is that the frictional resistance between the components is too large.

1. The frictional resistance of the pointer bearing, the pendulum shaft bearing and the force measuring transmission component is too large: mainly to adjust and clean the bearing and the force transmission component. Eliminate abnormal frictional resistance.

2. The upper chuck, the driven needle, the yellow tightness and the frictional resistance of the drawing device are large: adjust the upper chuck, the driven needle spring tightness and the drawing device parts. Eliminate abnormal frictional resistance.

3. The joint between the piston rod and the swing rod is not flexible: adjust the joint between the two. Make it flexible.

Seven, the follower needle drag or shift

1. The effect of the spring force of the driven needle spring or the frictional resistance of the driven needle and the indicator disc: adjust the elastic force of the driven needle spring or the gap between the driven needle and the indicator disc.

2. There is a deviation between the two ends of the driven needle: adjust the weight of both ends to make it balanced.

Eight, the deviation of the indication value is irregular

1. The gears and gears are oily, worn or burred: eliminate the oil stains and burrs of the gear bars and gears, find out the contact points of the gear bars when the gears are out of tolerance, and then correct the gear bars and gears; if the error cannot be eliminated. Replace the rack and gear.

2. The tensile testing machine is not installed horizontally: adjust the level.

3. Bending the rack: straighten or replace the rack and adjust the gap of the rolling sheave.

Nine, the computer software is online after the prompt box information display overload

The solution is to check whether the communication line between the computer and the test machine is off; check whether the online selection sensor is selected correctly; check the most recent test or operation key

Whether the sensor is bumped during the disc; check if the calibration or calibration function of the software is used before the problem occurs; check if the calibration value, calibration value or other information in the hardware parameters have been manually changed.

Ten, the test machine host power is not bright, can not move up and down

The solution is to check whether the power supply line connected to the test machine is connected properly; check if the emergency stop switch is in the screwed state; check whether the power supply voltage of the test machine is normal; check whether the fuse on the machine socket is blown, please take out the spare fuse Just install it.

XI. The test machine host has power but the device cannot move up and down.

The solution is to check if the device is still unable to move after 15S (time), because the host needs self-test when it is powered on, it takes about 15S time; check whether the upper and lower limits are at the right position, there is a certain running space; check the access test machine Is the power supply voltage normal?
