China Drying Net On May 22, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicized a batch of 184 items such as the “disk-type uniaxial dryer” and other standards for machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, building materials, non-ferrous metals, and light industry, and the deadline for public announcement was June 6, 2014. Among them, there are 131 standards in the mechanical industry, including five drying equipment standards for disc-type uniaxial dryers, boiling dryers, vacuum dryers and spray dryers; 9 pharmaceutical industry standards, including a tunnel-type microwave dryer. Drying equipment standard, replacing the original standard JB/T20085-2006.

Machinery Industry

JB/T12058-2014 "Disc Single Shaft Dryer" This standard specifies the type and marking of disc-type single-shaft dryers, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard is applicable to a disc type single-shaft dryer with steam and heat transfer oil as the heating medium.

JB/T12059-2014 "Closed-loop circulating solvent recovery vertical boiling dryer" This standard specifies the model and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of closed loop solvent recovery vertical boiling dryer . This standard applies to oxygen-contaminated materials or solvent-recovery closed loop circulating vertical boiling dryers containing organic solvent materials

JB/T12061-2014 "Filter Washing Vacuum Dryer" This standard specifies the model and marking, technical requirements, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of filtration and washing vacuum dryers. This standard applies to granular, crystalline. A filter-like vacuum dryer that requires solvent filtration and washing.

JB/T12062-2014 "Double Cone Rotary Low Boiling Solvent Recycling Vacuum Dryer" This standard specifies the model and marking, technical requirements, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of double-cone rotary low boiling solvent recovery vacuum dryer. This standard applies to double-cone rotary vacuum dryers containing organic solvent materials for drying and solvent recovery.

JB/T12063-2014 "closed-circuit circulation spray dryer" This standard specifies the marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of closed-circuit circulation spray dryers. This standard applies to centrifugal closed loop spray dryers containing organic solvent, easy oxidation and flammable and explosive materials. This standard does not apply to pressurized closed circuit spray dryers.

Pharmaceutical Industry

JB/T20085-2014 "tunnel microwave dryer" instead of the original standard JB/T20085-2006, this standard specifies the classification and marking tunnel microwave dryer, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage This standard applies to tunnel microwave dryers.
