First, the cause of the failure
1. Because the impeller bushing is loose, the wear gap between the center gear and the reduction gear is too large, or partial broken teeth.
2. The flowmeter is slow because the bearing wears, so that the impeller drives the torque to increase; the impeller shaft and the bushing wear, the impeller and the impeller casing wall are rubbed; the water meter filter is blocked by the dirt; the impeller surface is fouled or the membrane is attached. Seriously caused.
3. The flowmeter is moving fast because the regulator hole is blocked by dirt, or the bearing is seriously worn, resulting in a decrease in the position of the impeller.
Second, the turbine flowmeter display fault processing method
1. Replace the bushing and press it tight.
2. Remove and wash the flowmeter core to remove dirt.
3. Replace worn bearings.
4. Replace damaged or worn center gears and reduction gears.
5. Disassemble the filter filter.
6. Replace the impeller shaft or bushing.
7. Re-adjust the impeller position

Maintenance of turbine flow sensor should pay attention to the following points
1. Before the turbine flowmeter is put into operation, the meter factor should be set first. Check carefully to make sure that the flowmeter is connected correctly and the grounding is good before sending power.
2. Keep the tested medium clean and free of impurities such as fibers and particles. Keep the filter open. The filter is blocked by impurities, and it can be judged from the increase of the difference in the pressure gauge reading at the inlet and the outlet, and the blockage is promptly eliminated, otherwise the flow will be seriously reduced.
3. The maintenance period of the turbine flow sensor is generally half a year. Clean, inspect, and re-calibrate the flowmeter on a regular basis. The flowmeter with lubricating oil or cleaning fluid injection port should be filled with lubricating oil or cleaning fluid regularly according to the requirements of the manual to maintain good operation of the impeller. When cleaning and cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts in the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please be optimistic about the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller during assembly.
4. When the turbine flow sensor is not in use, it should be cleaned after the internal medium is blown dry and a protective cover is added at both ends of the sensor to prevent the dust from entering and then stored in a dry place.

5, the inspection shows the status of the instrument, the evaluation shows the meter reading, there is an abnormality to check in time.

6. The filter to be used should be cleaned regularly. When not in use, the internal medium should be cleaned and stored in a dry place.
7. Before the sensor is installed, use the mouth to blow or hand-push the impeller to make it rotate quickly to see if there is any display. If there is any display, install the sensor. If there is no display, check the relevant parts for troubleshooting.
8. For large-flow trade settlement measurement, in order to ensure the accuracy of the flowmeter, the flowmeter must be checked frequently. The site should be equipped with on-line calibration equipment or equipped with a mobile calibration device. Although the one-time investment is large, it is worth considering from the long-term economic benefits.
