In terms of tail gas emission generation, the Bosch Group controls the ratio between nitrogen oxides (NOX) and particulate emissions (PM) through the cooperation of high-pressure common rail system and EGR post-treatment system to achieve SCR+DOC+DPF, SCR +lightEGR+DOC+DPF and SCR+mediumEGR+DOC+DPF are combined with three Euro 6 post-processing solutions to suit different vehicle operating conditions.

In the treatment of exhaust emissions, the Bosch Group's match between the vehicle model and the DOC treatment system resulted in a 1:1 ratio of NO to NO2 emitted by the DOC, thereby realizing the three catalysts of vanadium-based, iron-boiling, and copper-based catalysts. When the temperature of the trachea reaches 250, the same catalytic efficiency can be achieved for the single oxide, and the cost of purchasing and using the vehicle under different working conditions can be reduced.

In terms of the uniformity of the mixing of the gas flow with ammonia and the size of the catalytic carrier, the Bosch Group achieves the maximum catalytic efficiency with a minimum carrier volume by adjusting the injection pressure of the urea nozzle, the penetration distance, the injection angle and the shape of the exhaust pipe. In view of China's vast geographical area and complex working conditions of vehicles, the Bosch Group has tailored many field calibration experiments for DPF carbon load regeneration targets in areas with relatively low atmospheric pressure such as cold and high plateau in China, and strives for vehicles in all terrain and climate. The working environment maintains normal discharge.

Characteristic models set special standards. Compared with light trucks in other countries, China's light trucks have low power density and low emission temperature. The Bosch Group has added special catalytic materials when formulating DOC post-processing systems that meet China's requirements. Taking into account the different operating conditions of regional diesel sulfur content in China, the Bosch Group has made special treatment in the engine calibration process in addition to the conventional active regeneration DPF and passive regeneration DPF systems. Specially calibrated engine exhaust system can help the rapid formation of sulfur in sulfur in the tail gas, so that it can be burned off in time during the regeneration of DPF without affecting the next working cycle.
