The participating experts listened to the technical report of Hubei Junji Water Treatment Co., Ltd. on the Zhejiang project, and visited and reviewed relevant technical materials. After the appraisal of environmental protection technology results, experts from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, Meng Wei and other experts agreed that the technical information provided by the plant is complete and comprehensive, and meets the requirements for appraisal.
In view of the existing sewage treatment process and standard requirements
of Fuxin Wastewater Treatment Plant, the filter aid + recycled powder activated carbon advanced treatment technology is used to effectively solve the problem of refractory organic matter and chroma removal. The main water quality indicators of the final effluent from the sewage treatment plant can be stably reached the Grade A standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants. The technology has the characteristics of short construction period, high self-control degree, strong impact load resistance, and flexible adjustment of operating parameters to meet different effluent water quality requirements. It has formed complete sets of equipment and has independent independent intellectual property rights.
According to the reporter's on-site interview, Zhejiang Shaoxing Fuxin Wastewater Treatment Project was approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the daily processing scale was 150,000 tons. The project was successfully completed and water tested on the eve of the New Year's Day.
The key principles of this technology is primarily ENGINEERING filter aid technology, the existing sewage treatment plant in the water adding a dose of filter aid (lime,
coal ash powder, a combination of diatomaceous earth), produces significant organic pollutants precipitation phenomenon, the precipitated metal salts is also a small amount of precipitation, and the precipitated substance was adsorbed chrominance achieve bleaching, removal COD (organic wastewater content). The precipitates are separated by filtration through a special plate frame, and the filter cake is recycled and dried to make building materials. After the filtrate is neutralized, it is subjected to filtration and adsorption by a recycled powder activated carbon. Followed by the advanced treatment of powdered activated carbon. The recycled powdered activated carbon is added to the primary filtered effluent water, and the powdered activated carbon filter layer is formed by the PA (polymer material) or the filter cloth filter to adsorb the organic pollutants in the water, thereby further reducing the water quality indexes such as color, COD and turbidity. The third is powder activated carbon regeneration technology. After filtration, the saturated activated carbon layer is dried and dried, and then professionally regenerated and carbonized and activated to restore various performance indexes of the powdered activated carbon. The performance of the activated powdered activated carbon can meet the quality standard of purifying sewage carbon. The process consists of five systems: an adsorption filtration system, a waste residue dehydration system, a dosing system, a backwash system, and a regeneration system.
