This time, the artificial intelligence detection pipeline independently designed and developed by the State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute has realized the application, approval, acceptance, delivery, transportation, receiving, warehousing, testing, and reporting, delivery, and distribution. The whole process, the whole process, and the whole life cycle integrated intelligent management, such as commissioning, operation tracking, and state assessment, are characterized by self-adaptation, self-learning, self-diagnosis, and compatibility.
The pipeline consists of a TTU detection line, an FI detection line, an intelligent stereoscopic warehouse hardware facility, a terminal detection system, and a detection service management software system. The TTU detection line uses the visual recognition and positioning technology to achieve precise positioning and adaptive insertion of the micro-level error of the TTU interface, breaking through the technical bottleneck of multi-shape interface, position offset difference, and 2.5 mm pinhole intelligent precision insertion. A total of 96 stations are set up in the TTU test line. The two test lines are paralleled, and 28 test items are arranged, and 300,000 units can be detected annually. The FI detection line uses the artificial intelligence technology to use the truss manipulator to push the FI spring piece apart, and realizes automatic hanging through multi-dimensional precise positioning, which solves the multi-shape acquisition unit compatibility, the 4 mm slit positioning of the tablet, and the uniform distribution of the two-way tension. It is reported that the completion and operation of the assembly line has improved the detection efficiency by 100 times, the labor cost by 100%, and the detection safety by 100%, which solves the problem of low efficiency and high cost of traditional manual detection.
