Study on Verification Interval of Automatic Road Vehicles

Abstract In recent years, the Liaoning Academy of Metrology has studied before and after the verification of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed in the highway import and export in Liaoning Province, and summarized the changing rule of the measurement performance of the automatic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument. The research results guarantee the highway Counting and charging management has a strong reference role.
According to the JJG907-2006 "Dynamic Highway Vehicle Automatic Weighing Apparatus" verification cycle, dynamic vehicle scale verification period is 1 year [1]. In recent years, according to the periodic verification of the dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instrument and the feedback of the Liaoning Provincial Expressway Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “high-speed bureau”), the Liaoning Academy of Metrology has found that the verification interval of the dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instrument is one year. In most cases it is not possible to guarantee stable, accurate and reliable metering performance of dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instruments. From 2010 onwards, the hospital shortened the time interval for the verification of dynamic vehicle automatic weighing devices to ensure that the measurement values ​​of dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instruments are accurate and stable.
In JJG907-2006 "Dynamic Highway Vehicle Automatic Weighing Apparatus", the maximum allowable error of a five-level dynamic truck scale is ± 2.5%. After negotiating with the high-speed bureau and the dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instrument maintenance manufacturer, in order to ensure data consistency, it is determined that the dynamics will be verified after The relative error of the indication of the automatic vehicle scale was adjusted to -1.0%.
1 Relative error of indicating value before commissioning at intervals of 1 year
We selected the X08 exit of the Wanjia station with a relatively high traffic volume and the two toll exports of the X01 exit with a small traffic volume as the research object. The average daily traffic volume of the two exports is about 1000 vehicles and about 70 vehicles. The manufacturer of dynamic vehicle automatic weighing devices is Beijing Wanji Technology Co., Ltd., and the model number is GCS-30SYS. In 2009 and 2010, the relative error of the automatic vehicle weighing instrument before adjustment was shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.

2 Relative error of indication before commissioning after interval shortening
For the detection of the dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instrument in this province, after comparing the obtained two consecutive verification data, it can be obtained that the relative error of the indication value of the dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instrument varies greatly and the trend cannot be predicted between two verification periods. Accurate and legal implementation of weighing and metering has brought about a great adverse impact. Therefore, the Institute timely feedbacked the situation and results of the study to the high-speed bureau. After discussions and discussions, the hospital and the High-speed Bureau signed the "Liaoning Provincial Expressway Automatic Road Vehicle Automatic Weighing Instrument Verification Agreement". The agreement agreed that, in addition to the procedures, In addition to the periodic verification of the specified verification cycle, the inspections (ie, in-service inspections) are added in accordance with the situation of different traffic volumes at each toll station, to ensure that the automatic vehicle automatic weighing instrument maintains a relatively accurate and stable working condition. Five, two and one round inspections were added to Wanjia Station, Jinzhou Station and Xietun Station. Taking the exports of Wanjia Station, Jinzhou Railway Station, and Xietun Railway Station as examples (average traffic volume per day is more than 1,000 vehicles, more than 300 vehicles, and more than 70 vehicles), its dynamic vehicle automatic weighing device is certified, and the dynamic vehicle is automatic from 2010 to 2012. 3 Conclusion
Under normal circumstances, the relative error of the indication value of the dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instrument becomes larger with the increase of the vehicle time and the increase of the flow rate. The relative error of the indication value of the dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instrument after increasing the periodic inspection is obviously smaller and the stability is better. All kinds of objective reasons will have an adverse effect on the accuracy and stability of the value of the dynamic vehicle automatic weighing instrument in the verification period of one year. Increasing the number of circuit inspections can largely ensure the accuracy and stability of dynamic vehicle automatic weighing devices. In order to ensure the smooth and effective development of highway toll-by-weight, it is necessary to shorten the inspection interval and increase the number of inspections.
