The meeting discussed how the bearing industry can change its methods, adjust its structure, upgrade its brand, and innovate in the new economic environment. The conference also focused on the fact that the bearing industry in the Wafangdian area has always been a leader in China. Wafangdian, as the cradle of China's bearing industry in history, is the modern bearing capital of China. In recent years, it has developed the regional bearing industry into the largest in Liaoning, the first in China, and the world-famous goal of struggle. In terms of policy support, the hardware and software environment In terms of construction, the strengthening of brand awareness and the accumulation of industries, all have made active efforts and explorations, which has led to a leap-forward development of the bearing industry in the entire region. By the end of 2010, the main bearing revenue of Wafangdian area reached 23.2 billion yuan, accounting for 18.2% of the same industry in the country and accounting for 7.65% of the world's peers. At the same time, the main economic indicators of the Wazhou Group, Daye Axis Group and other companies have grown at a rate of more than 25% per year. The bearing companies such as Guangyang, Far East, Jinfeng, Dongxu, etc., have seen an extraordinary development trend. . Experts predict that by 2015, the bearing operating revenue of the Wafangdian area will reach 55 billion yuan, and the proportion of top 30 sales companies in the local industry will increase from the current 45% to more than 80%. At this rate of development, five years later, the Wafangdian area will form a 100 billion yuan bearing industrial cluster.

At the forum, everyone also believes that such areas as Wafangdian, which are in the leading position in the domestic bearing industry, still face enormous challenges if they wish to carry the Chinese bearing industry.

The problem is mainly manifested in the fact that, in the more developed domestic bearing production areas, most of the development is achieved through incremental costs. This causes some small enterprises that do not reach the economic scale and lack of technical support to squeeze out the resources and markets of the dominant enterprises. With the homogenous vicious competition, although the total number of bearings in the region has risen, the core competitiveness has not been reflected. In addition, in some areas, the soft environment of the bearing industry is poorly constructed, the innovation ability is not strong, and the brand influence is not enough. These all constitute the bottleneck of China's bearing industry to high-end development.

In this forum, experts and scholars generally believe that although China is a big bearing country, it is a non-bearing power. This is mainly reflected in the low concentration of production in the industry, and low R&D and innovation capabilities; the high-end bearing market is still monopolized by companies in Europe, the United States, and Japan, and the supporting bearings of many important mainframes have long depended on imports. Judging from the product structure and technical level of the industry, China still has a long way to go from a bearing powerhouse.
