In order to further promote the scientific and standardized implementation of the compulsory product certification system, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China is in line with the principle of “consistent responsibility and power, control of risks, and assurance of quality”. It is based on product risk analysis in the compulsory certification catalogue, and is based on the certification and accreditation of the People's Republic of China. The relevant requirements of the “Regulations” and “Management Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification” have been amended to “Rules for mandatory certification implementation of motor vehicle tires”. After comparison, the revision of the implementation rule does not involve changes in the technical requirements for product certification, but only adjustments to the management requirements.

The new version of the "Rules for Compulsory Certification Implementation of Motor Vehicle Tires" number: CNCA-03C-027:2013 replaces CNCA-03C-027:2001 and was formally implemented on July 1, 2013.
