In China, due to the gap between economic ability (one-time car purchase cost) and business philosophy, the application of road transport industry to self-handling and loading systems is quite different from the developed regions in Europe. The following is a brief introduction of some self-handling transport vehicles and on-board self-loading/unloading systems exhibited by IAA2006 (please note that some self-handling systems, although fixed on the chassis, may not be assembled at the time of use, but are only shown here).

Truck cranes are divided into two categories: straight arm and folding arm. This issue was introduced in detail in the article “On-board Truck Cranes: Comparison of Folded Arm Types and Straight Arm Types”. Because the folded arm structure is much more complex than the straight arm type, it has more flexible and richer activity space, so more complicated work can be done - except that the hydraulic attachment can be installed in depth or across the lift. Under the conditions of the same lifting capacity of the 12 truck cranes and the lorry cranes, the price is relatively high, but it is worth the money.

In IAA2006, HIAB, PM, FASSI, PALFINGER, and DaimlerChrysler, MAN, Mitsubishi and many other companies exhibited their own truck-mounted cranes and/or truck-mounted cranes. See section 13. HIAB exhibited a truck-mounted lifting and transport vehicle with a digging shovel (the dump truck is a dump truck), which is equivalent to a combination of an ordinary dump truck and an ordinary excavator. This is carried out on temporary or not-so-large occasions. Self loading and unloading operations are very convenient. 2 is a semitrailer tractor equipped with a folding arm truck crane. The truck-mounted crane trucks used in China are mostly straight-armed, and there are fewer companies producing forklift trucks in the world. There are many types of models, and the ability to pass is very strong. Lifting capacity can reach 3.5t.

The application of the truck-mounted forklift is equivalent to a combination of an ordinary forklift and a truck. The truck-mounted forklift truck can reach any loading and unloading yard along with the truck, and can also transport the goods to the unloading place or carry it to the car for a long distance. The convenience is indeed exasperating, and the inventor cannot but admire it.

Of course, the design of the truck-mounted forklift is more special than that of an ordinary forklift, which is mainly reflected in the lightness, compactness, and off-roadability of the structure.

Domestic brands use folding arm tops mostly in foreign brands. In China, the use of truck-mounted crane trucks is more common in the southeastern coastal areas (such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen, etc.), as well as in special industries such as defense and field exploration, while inland areas such as Central Plains, North China, Northeast China, and the west. Still rare.

Due to the structural characteristics of the arm system pull arm system, the pull arm system may also be referred to simply as a pull arm hook and is a single arm structure. The lifting ability of the pull arm hook is also very strong and has its own unique charm. It was first used in the field of national defense, and later it was gradually extended to civil areas such as municipal sanitation and fire and rescue. Pull arm hooks can be used for self loading and unloading of whole (trays, non-standard containers or containers with transition frames). The swing arm system of HIAB and HYVA relies on arms oscillating back and forth to unload the bucket (box or whole piece of cargo) to the ground or to the car. It has some similarities with the pull arm system and is mainly used for self loading and unloading operations of the entire cargo bucket (goods). Its application is more common in the collection and deployment of garbage bins in residential areas or industrial areas. This kind of rubbish bucket is generally open, so as to facilitate the disposal of bagged garbage or garbage without dust or release of polluting gas, but if a large amount of volatile bulk garbage is placed, it will bring disaster to the surrounding environment, so this requirement The surrounding residents must have high environmental awareness. In addition, the garbage bucket is also very difficult to bring garbage compression devices, so its garbage capacity is limited. This rubbish bucket has recently seen some in Berlin, but the Beijing area has already been very heavily used in the Chinese market. Some enterprises in China are also imitating production, but their lifting capacity There is still a big gap between them, durability and intelligence.
