Temperature effect of wavelength modulation mode SPR sensor
New progress in the field of optical inspection
[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] Recently, the Institute of Advanced Sensing and Intelligent Systems of the Institute of Intelligence of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has made new progress in the field of surface plasmon resonance optical detection. The relevant results were published in the famous optical journal Optics Express (JCR, Q1) (Vol. 27 Issue.2).
Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is widely used in microscopic detection of medicine and biology due to its real-time, unmarked superior detection characteristics. Prism-coupled SPR has the advantages of simple structure and high sensitivity, and is widely used. However, in the field detection, the system detects temperature drift of the signal. The usual solution is to increase the reference channel, but the method cannot measure the biological power at different temperature levels. constant.
In response to the above problems, the researchers proposed a general solution: separately modeled and analyzed the effect of temperature on the resonance offset in angle debugging and wavelength modulation mode. Due to the dispersion effect, the effects of the two modulation modes have the same trend and are different. Based on the idea of cross-sensitivity matrix, two-wavelength detection (Angular-interrogation) and two-angle detection (wavelength-interrogation) methods were proposed to achieve simultaneous measurement of refractive index and temperature change. For the first time, the researchers proposed the idea of improving the accuracy of linear correction between zones, and carried out a conceptual verification experiment. Compared with the construction of a new micro-nano detection structure, this method has strong feasibility in the engineering field and has broad application prospects, which has been fully affirmed by reviewers.
Relevant research work has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Science and Technology Major Project, and the Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory Fund.
