“Clouds cause rain and dew are frost.” In the global atmosphere, water-related meteorological elements have a crucial impact on atmospheric climate change. In order to scientifically explore the process of transformation and circulation of water-related meteorological elements in the atmosphere, the project team proposed to use laser radar, full sky cloud imager and precipitation weather phenomenon instrument to detect atmospheric water vapor profile, cloud and precipitation respectively, and obtain high time resolution. The full-phase and day-night continuous water-related meteorological elements provide integrated detection equipment for meteorological stations. The project aims to break through the key engineering technologies such as long-term stable work, field calibration and real-time data inversion, realize the industrialization of meteorological detection equipment with independent intellectual property rights, and promote the industrial upgrading of the overall detection technology of water-related meteorological elements.
At present, the project team has completed the engineering research of atmospheric water vapor-aerosol laser radar, full sky cloud imager and precipitation weather phenomenon instrument, product stereotypes, mass production, sales and application demonstration. Among them, the water vapor profile laser radar equipment adopts the synchronous detection of atmospheric aerosol and the real-time correction technology of atmospheric transmittance, which improves the accuracy of atmospheric water vapor mixing ratio inversion; the invented water vapor lidar self-calibration method, get rid of the sounding The dependence of the balloon. The all-sky cloud imager device utilizes daytime visible light and night infrared band joint detection to realize continuous observation of day and night; multiple high dynamic exposure image synthesis technology is used to reduce moving parts; invented convolutional neural network cloud image segmentation algorithm, sky cloud amount Data products are reliable. The project established detection specifications and standards, and compiled corporate standards; third-party testing was passed. At the same time, the project team also completed the modular design of the water vapor profile laser radar, the full sky cloud imager and the precipitation weather phenomenon instrument, so that the sub-equipment can be used alone or in combination; it can provide high-precision atmospheric water vapor mixing ratio profile. From 2017 to 2018, the project team jointly industrialized company conducted joint field experiments at the National Climate Observatory in Shou County, Anhui Province, the Zhangqiu Meteorological Bureau of Shandong Province and the observation site of the southern suburbs of Beijing. The experiment verified the reliability of the equipment. Promoted the modular construction of the system.
During the implementation of the project, the project team also incubated three high-tech companies through the transformation of results and established a production line with an annual output of 120 sets of equipment, production and sales; two years before the implementation of the project, lidar, full sky cloud imager and precipitation weather phenomenon The sales of the instrument reached 25 million yuan, and it is estimated that the future sales will reach 1-2 billion yuan; a group of professional and technical personnel have been trained, including the Anhui Youth Science and Technology Award, the innovative leading talent of Hefei City, and the young scientists of the Chinese Environmental Science Society.
During the implementation of the project, the project results products participated in the Volkswagen Entrepreneurship Innovation Activity Week – “Double Creation Week” event, the 20th China International Hi-Tech Fair and won the Excellent Product Award.
