Recently, Wuhan Rongjinxulong New Material Co., Ltd., a professional automotive PVB diaphragm company with the largest capacity in China, was officially put into operation at Houguan Industrial Park in Caidian Economic Development Zone. This is the first company specialized in the production of automobile glass interlayers in Central China.

It is understood that the company has cooperated with Huazhong University of Science and Technology to develop PVB diaphragms, photovoltaic solar PVB diaphragms and medium and high-grade construction PVB diaphragms in the automotive field. It is the first domestic PVB to independently develop and produce automotive laminated glass. Diaphragm, high technology content, broad market prospects, not only to fill the gaps in the domestic PVB diaphragm, but also broke the monopoly of foreign manufacturers in this field.

It is reported that China's annual demand for automotive intermediate film is about 150,000 tons, and more than 80% depends on imports and foreign companies. The company formally settled in this area in 2008. After three years of construction, the annual production capacity of 2,000 tons was expanded to a scale of 20,000 tons, with an output value of over one billion yuan.
