The electronic mirror main unit was turned off, and the air compressor was repeatedly inflated and deflated. It was found that the air compressor was blocked when the pressure switch was turned on, causing the air compressor's overload protector to operate. At this time, the air compressor motor input was measured. The voltage is only 80V, and at this time, the output voltage of the air compressor power supply transformer is 95V, and the voltage drop of 15V on the power transmission circuit of the power transformer to the air compressor less than two meters is obviously abnormal. According to this, check the air plug and socket of the air compressor and find that the copper strip of the socket has black marks. At the same time, it is found that the cable connecting the power transformer to the air compressor socket has a cross-sectional area of ​​only 0.5mm2. Replace the cable with a cable with a cross-section of 2.5mm2. Replace the socket, the air compressor can not start the fault, and the compressed air pressure at the start and stop is within the normal range.
