On June 27, a 95-tonne rigid mining dump truck was successfully rolled out at the Sany Industrial Park in Kunshan. SRT95 is the first domestic self-developed 95-ton mine dump truck independently developed by Sany Heavy Machinery. It is yet another more heavy-duty model launched by Sany since the SRT55 went offline in October of last year. SRT95 engine, transmission, hydraulic drive components and other key components are used internationally renowned brand products, vehicle performance is reliable, comfortable driving environment. According to China's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" development goals, by 2010, China will have to form 6 to 8 billion tons and 8 to 10 large-scale coal groups of 50 million tons. At the same time, various kinds of open pit iron ore and copper mines with a capacity of more than 10 million tons in China are undergoing large-scale expansion, and the demand for large-tonnage and oversized tonnage mining dump trucks will continue to expand. At present, China has formed a rigid mining dump truck with a capacity of 42 tons and below, and has the corresponding technology and scale. However, due to the limitation of technical level and production capacity, the mining industry has a loading capacity ranging from 45 tons to 100 tons. The R&D and manufacture of unloading vehicles are basically blank in China, and the huge domestic demand has to be met by relying on imported equipment and a few joint venture products. The expensive price of imported equipment has seriously affected the mining costs of China's mining industry. In order to continuously meet the needs of the development of China's mining, water conservancy and hydropower and other markets, Sany Group gave full play to its industrial advantages and formed the SANY mining machine industry platform by advancing industrial restructuring. The success of the SRT95 marking the completion of the domestic production of large-scale rigid mining vehicles in China has changed the situation in which China's large-tonnage rigid mining vehicles are completely dependent on imported or joint-venture products. This has led to the full realization of localization for large-tonnage or oversized tonnage mining vehicles. A solid step.
