The application of information management systems based on ERP/CRM, PDM, and KM has become more mature and the management level has been continuously improved. In line with national regulatory requirements and market demands, the company has formed four major series of products: 102, 3 liters, D, and gas, and has continuously enhanced its independent R&D and innovation capabilities. It has also actively and proactively created market opportunities and has consistently ranked first in China's light vehicle diesel engine brand. At the same time, an overseas business unit was set up and efforts were made to open up overseas markets. Chaochao’s influence in the domestic and overseas markets was gradually expanded, and market demand continued to increase.

In particular, since entering the third quarter of this year, the company has shown a good trend of not being slack during the off-season, with monthly production and sales increasing substantially year-on-year. In the high-yield month of September, Chaochai Company actively made various preparations for production, made risk assessments and precautions against self-made and purchased parts, and issued a proposal for high production months to various suppliers. Overtime insurance orders were placed, and the goal of high-yield production was fully completed. The car factory's loading plan was guaranteed and a gift for the motherland’s 60th birthday was presented.
