According to the technical personnel of the Xichai exhibition area, the 6DL3 Euro 6 engine demonstrated by Xichai is based on the 6DL1/2 series model, and the optimization and adjustment of the combustion chamber and the detonation pressure are carried out. The engine model is 6DL3-35E6, displacement is 8.6L, rated power is 258kW/2100RPM, maximum torque is 1500N.m/1300-1600RPM. "This engine is mainly used by German Bosch in the European market with a well-developed 2000bar electronically controlled common-rail fuel injection system, supplemented by the mainstream technology route of EGR+DPF+SCR to achieve Euro six emissions." However, this Xichai technician also It is acknowledged that after the Euro 6 emission technology is reached, the cost of this engine will be increased by about 2 million yuan compared to that of the State Five. For the 13L 6DM3 model, he said that this 13L model has just recently launched in volume. Prior to this model has been in the security test phase. According to the technical personnel of the Weichai booth, the Euro 6 WP9H diesel engine demonstrated by Weichai was designed, developed, and validated through a combination of high-precision virtual prototype simulation technology and durability accelerated testing. The engine has a displacement of 8.8L, a rated power/speed of 257kW/1900RPM, and a maximum torque/speed of 1700N.m/1100-1400RPM. "Currently, this engine has two different technical routes to meet Euro 6 emission standards, one is the mainstream technology route of DUC+DPF+SCR, and the other is the cooling technology route of EGR+DPF+SCR." However, He also said frankly that since China's National 6 emission regulations have not yet been announced, the current Euro 6 product demonstrated by Weichai is still a prototype. Emission tests and vehicle tests are still underway.
Yuchai's YC6L Euro 6 diesel engine, model number YC6L330-60, has a displacement of 8.8L, a rated power of 243kW/2200RPM and a maximum torque of 1350N.m/1100-1600RPM. The engine adopts the post-processing technology route of EGR+DOC+DPF+SCR to achieve Euro 6 emission requirements. Among them, the EGR system design uses throttle + EGR mode, closed-loop control, taking into account the EGR rate and the effect of exhaust temperature; DPF adopts passive regeneration + low temperature active regeneration mode; SCR system uses double NOx sensor for closed-loop control, NOX conversion efficiency is greater than 93% . Its target application market is mainly based on 10-12 meters passenger cars and trucks with a total mass of 25-40 tons.
