(1) Swashplate mounted axial pump axial, coaxiality inspection tolerance = 0.1mm;
  
(2) When using flange mounting, the installation accuracy requires that the mandrel radial flange concentricity inspection tolerance is west = 0.1mm: Flange verticality inspection tolerance t = 0.1mm;
  
(3) The bearing bracket to install the pulley or gear, and then through the flexible coupling and pump connection, to ensure that the pump shaft does not withstand radial and axial forces. The force that can be tolerated should be strictly controlled within the allowable range. In special cases, precise balancing experiments on the rotor should be carried out so as to avoid resonance as much as possible.
  
2. Filter installation
  
In order to avoid pump exhaust, the use of precision filters is strictly prohibited. For gear pump filtration accuracy should be ≤ 40um, commonly used in the suction port mesh filter. For the vane pump, plunger pump, oil cleanliness should reach the national standard grade 16/19, the filter used most of the precision 25 ~ 30um. The correct choice and installation of the suction port filter will significantly reduce the hydraulic fault, the service life of the components can be greatly extended.
  
3. Piping installation requirements
  
(1) Inlet pipe installation height should not exceed O. 5m. Into the pipe must be clean, with the pump into the oil pump with the close combination, if necessary, can be added sealant to avoid air into the hydraulic system.
  
(2) the elbow into the oil pipelines should not be too much, into the oil pipe mouth should be connected with a filter, the filter does not allow oil to leak out of the tank. When the pump is running, the oil surface should be at least 100mm away from the top of the filter to prevent air from entering. The effective area of ​​the filter is generally not less than 50 times the cross-sectional area of ​​the pump inlet tubing, and the filter Should be cleaned often, so as not to block. (3) suction pipe, pressure pipe and return pipe diameter should not be less than the specified value.
  
(4) Leakage of the pump The return pipe should not be connected with other return pipes of the hydraulic system, and should be inserted into the tank below the liquid level.
  
(5) In order to prevent the pump vibration and noise along the pipeline to the system, the pump inlet and outlet can be installed a hose, but the pressure outlet hose should be mounted vertically, the length should not exceed 400 ~ 600mm, suction inlet Hose to have a certain degree of strength, to avoid the tube due to the degree of vacuum and make it appear flattened phenomenon.
